Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the internship, training and certification programmes offered by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited (CIN: U58200BR2023PTC066857), having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Dharampur Chowk, Ward No. 10, Tajpur Road, Samastipur, Bihar – 848101, India ("the Company", "we", "us"). By applying for a programme or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Applicants below 18 years of age must apply with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that all information and documents submitted by you are true, accurate and belong to you.

2. Application & Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, and to seek verification of any document submitted. Providing false information or forged documents will result in immediate rejection or termination, and the fee paid will not be refunded.

3. Application Fee

A non-refundable application/processing fee is payable at the time of applying, as displayed on the payment page. The fee covers processing, verification and administrative costs and is payable irrespective of the outcome of the application, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Mode of Internship

Programmes may be conducted in online (remote), offline (on-site) or hybrid mode. The mode applicable to you is recorded by the Company and is printed on all documents and certificates issued to you.

5. Conduct & Attendance

Interns are expected to maintain professional conduct, complete assigned tasks and meet the minimum attendance and evaluation criteria communicated to them. Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion of these criteria.

6. Intellectual Property

All learning material, project material, software, branding and content made available by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company. Work, inventions and deliverables produced by an intern during the programme shall vest in the Company. You may not copy, resell or redistribute any material without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

You shall keep confidential all non-public information relating to the Company, its clients and its projects, both during and after the programme.

8. Documents & Certificates

Offer letters, ID cards, completion certificates and other documents are issued electronically and carry a unique number and a QR code. Their authenticity can be checked at any time on our verification portal. The Company may revoke a certificate found to have been obtained by fraud or misrepresentation.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate an internship for misconduct, prolonged absence, breach of confidentiality, or submission of false information. Fees paid are not refundable in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

The programmes are educational in nature. The Company does not guarantee employment, placement or any specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with the programme shall not exceed the fee actually paid by you.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Samastipur, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

12. Changes

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force.
