Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains when the application fee and programme fees charged by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited can be refunded or cancelled.
1. Application / Processing Fee
The application fee is a non-refundable processing charge. It covers the verification of your documents and the administrative cost of assessing your application, and is payable whether or not your application is finally selected.
2. When a refund is given
A full refund is made in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment — the same fee was charged more than once for the same application.
- Payment deducted, application not created — money left your account but no application was recorded in our system.
- Programme cancelled by the Company — if we cancel or do not run a programme you have paid for and no alternative is accepted by you.
- Technical failure — money was deducted due to a technical error at our end.
3. When a refund is not given
- The application was rejected after due assessment.
- The applicant withdraws, does not join, or discontinues the programme.
- False information or forged documents were submitted.
- The internship was terminated for misconduct or breach of these terms.
4. How to request a refund
Write to info@dreambspl.info or call +91-7280008555 within 7 days of the transaction, quoting your transaction/UTR reference, the amount and the date. Please attach the payment receipt.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days and are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount usually reflects within 5–10 working days of initiation. Refunds are never paid in cash and are never sent to an account other than the one used to pay.
6. Cancellation by the applicant
You may cancel an application at any time before it is approved by writing to us; however, as stated above, the application fee is not refundable.
