Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It is issued in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
When you apply we collect: your name, email address, mobile number, postal address, college/university, course, branch and semester; the documents you upload (photograph, government ID, college ID, resume and any other document requested); your payment reference and payment status; and, during the programme, your attendance, learning progress and evaluation records.
2. Why we use it
Your data is used solely to: process and evaluate your application; verify your identity and student status; collect the application fee; administer the internship (attendance, mentoring, evaluation); issue offer letters, ID cards, certificates and other documents; and communicate with you about your application and programme. We do not sell your data.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by regulated third-party payment gateways. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We only store the transaction reference, amount and status.
4. Public verification
Our public verification portal allows a college or employer to confirm a document we have issued. It shows only what is necessary for verification — the document number, the holder's name, the programme, the mode, the period, attendance, the issue date and the status. It never reveals your contact details, address or uploaded documents.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: payment gateways (to process your fee); email/communication providers (to send you notices); and where required by law or a court order. Mentors and authorised staff of the Company access your data strictly on a need-to-know basis.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored in hashed form, administrative access is protected by role-based permissions and optional two-factor authentication, and access to records is logged.
7. Retention
Application and programme records, including issued documents, are retained for as long as necessary to support lifelong verification of the certificates we issue, and to comply with statutory obligations.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to retain. Write to us at the address below.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
